New to Triathlon and need some help in preparing for the season ahead?
This workshop is perfect for beginners who are thinking about training for their first triathlon. All fitness levels are welcome. Each discipline will be covered from a educational and practical standpoint. You will get ample opportunity to ask both triathlete physiotherapists any questions you may have in any area of the sport. The day will run from 9am until 4pm, with a tasty lunch from the Workshop cafe provided.
Previous workshops on adventure racing at the Life Fit Studio have used this approach of theory followed by practice with success and positive feedback.
Here are some of the comments left by previous workshop participants
“Very impressed with John. Clearly knows his stuff and very down to earth. Always encouraging questions and interaction from people. He put everybody at ease instantly and got everyone talking”
“Passion & knowledge hugely evident. Very approachable”.
For the New-to- Triathlon workshop, we will be teaming up with Karen Mason, an experienced physiotherapist who specialises in swimming and has hosted many swimming specific workshops in the past. She will lead the mat-based swim workshop.
